WESTFIELD: Ms. Tanwir Rafi Khokar, 67, a resident of Westfield for 20 years, passed away on Monday, June 24th in Tobey Hospital, Wareham, MA. Tanwir suffered from mental illness and other illnesses for many years. She leaves her son, Rizwan Ahmed Khokhar and daughter Ayesha Khokhar, both of New York. She also leaves her mother, Saeed Akhtar Rafi, two sisters, Taskeen Butt, and Tauqeer Ishaq, four brothers, Anjum Pasha Khawaja, Talat Pasha Khawaja, Nasir Pasha Khawaja and Shahid M. Pasha. Tanwir was laid to rest in the Muslim Garden, Washinton Memorial Park Cemetery, Mt. Sinai, NY under Islamic rituals on Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
