I can not believe the demonstrated obsessive ignorance and time wasting issues with which the State Senate seems occupied . There are two biological sexes in the human species. They are listed on birth certificates at the time of your birth. If your mental function and logic process seems not to be attuned to this reality that is not the DMV’s issue. If the use of M or F is so onerous then delete the category completely as anything else is not a viable biological, not mental, description, as the designation is intended to be.
Perhaps the next issue the State Legislature should consider is to allow anyone to decide what birthday they wish to use on their drivers license.
It is time the State Legislature stopped wasting time and taxpayers money on these minuscule minority issues and did something for the majority of taxpayers forced to fund the Boston Circus
