SOUTHWICK – At approximately 4:58 p.m. on Thursday, a two-vehicle accident occurred on Route 10 and 202 on College Hwy. As one vehicle was heading north on College Hwy, the operator attempted to make a left turn onto Sunnyside Road when it came into contact with the second vehicle operating south bound.
Both individuals involved in the accident were transported to Baystate Noble Hospital and no major injuries were indicated at that time.
According to Southwick Police Lieutenant Kevin Bishop, there was a heavy downpour at the time of the accident. As to who is at fault, that is still under investigation by Southwick Police.
