WESTFIELD–According to police, one stolen vehicle was found in the city while another was reported stolen in Westfield Wednesday morning in two potentially related incidents.
According to Westfield Police Capt. Michael McCabe, a report came in shortly after 8 a.m. of a home that had appeared to have been entered and disturbed on Jeremy Drive. According to police, one vehicle was reported missing from the property, a 2011 grey Saab SE 95.
Later, around 9:05 a.m., police reported finding another vehicle, also on Jeremy Drive. This vehicle, a 2012 GMC Acadia, was reported stolen out of Connecticut, according to police.
Police reported that they two incidents may be related, but the incident is under investigation.
