Westfield dominated Shrewsbury 16-0 in three innings on Friday. Rylie Nimchick led the way offensively with four RBI’s. Marleigh Monroe added three RBI’s while Allie Rehor went 2-for-3, including a two-run double.
Megan Cichonski had a solid performance on the hill, pitching a one-hit shutout.

Sectional Semifinals
Westfield 11, Mansfield 4
Cruising past Mansfield 11-4 on Saturday, the win has put Westfield in the sectional final on Monday night at 5:30 p.m. against Jesse Burkett in Worcester.
Paige Hutkoski went 2-for-4, while Allie Rehor went 1-for-3 with two RBI’s.
Megan Cichonski had a complete game on the mound, giving up three hits, while striking out nine batters.
