Gary M. Beach, 50, of 30 Rosedell Dr., Westfield, was held in lieu of $1,000 bail pending an April 5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery on someone over 60/disabled with injury and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official, brought by Westfield Police.
Alexander Rivera, 45, of 105 Thompson St., Springfield, was sentenced to three months probation after pleading guilty to charges of breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony and larceny from building, brought by Westfield Police.
