Westfield Gas & Electric Dropbox opens June 29

WESTFIELD – The Westfield Gas & Electric will  reopen the outside dropbox for payments at the 100 Elm St. office starting Monday, June 29.

While the lobby remains closed to customers, the WG&E will be accepting payments through the dropbox.
“We encourage customers to continue other convenient options by paying online or by phone, as these are the safest and most efficient ways to provide payments at this time,” said Gas & Electric spokesperson Lisa Stowe. “Even better, sign up for paperless billing and automatic payments so you can ‘set it and forget it’ this summer.”
Customers can make payments on their gas, electric, and internet bills the following ways:
• Online: www.wgeld.org and www.whipcityfiber.com
• By Phone: 413-572-0100
• By Mail: Post Office Box 9189, Chelsea, MA 02150-9189
• Dropbox: 100 Elm Street, Westfield, MA
The Customer Service team is available at 413-572-0100 during regular business hours. Please contact them if you need assistance making payments or setting up a payment plan. If necessary, we may also schedule an appointment to meet with a representative in person, said Stowe.
