WESTFIELD – The Westfield Woman’s Club is pleased to announce that the honoree at their 16th annual garden tea will be Westfield resident Maria Perez. Each year the Woman’s Club chooses to honor a local woman who has embraced the spirit of volunteerism and has had an impact on her community.
Maria Perez is a longtime member of the Westfield Woman’s Club who can always be counted on to support the clubs many outreach programs. She is best known for the years of endless hours she has spent volunteering at Noble Hospital, where she is described as a “true comfort” to the patients and their families. Maria is also a longtime volunteer at the Greater Westfield American Red Cross and is a very active member of her church.

The Tea will be held on Wednesday, June 26th from 1 to 4:00 p.m. and is open to the public. Tickets are $15.00 and must be purchased in advance by calling (413)568-8994.
