To all the naysayers and doom-and-gloom commentors: it’s Spring and potholes are going to happen, get over it. As I drive around western Mass and northern CT, Westfield’s roads are about average. You want to see a town’s roads that will truly shock you? Head to Longmeadow. You’d think with their high taxes the roads would be meticulous but they are horrendous. The same goes for Suffield. Take a moment to slow down and your car won’t be damaged. The damage is not from the roads it’s the driver. Guns don’t kill people, people kill people. Same goes for roads: roads don’t damage cars, poor driving skills do. Yup, I said it.
