Jose L. Torres, 32, of 314 Fountain St., Springfield, Mass., was released in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a July 22 pretrial conference after being arraigned on charges of possession of a class B drug, false application for a motor vehicle license, number plate violation to conceal ID, no inspection sticker and an uninsured motor vehicle, brought in by the Westfield Police. Torres’ arrest was initially reported in The Westfield News.
Caitlin O’Connell, 29, of 134 Union St., Apt. 15, Westfield, Mass., was released on personal recognizance pending a July 22 pretrial conference after being arraigned on charges of resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer, brought by the Westfield Police.
