Syed A. Rehman, 23, of 14 Arnold St., Apartment 7, Westfield, was found not responsible for a number plate violation, but admitted to sufficient facts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The case was continued without a finding until November 2, 2012. Fees and fines were assessed.
Joseph K. Russell, 21, of 3 Morgan Avenue, Stoneham, was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for September 27, 2012.
John L. Inkel, 47, of 17 Arapako Drive, East Hartford, Conn., was arraigned on three counts of larceny over $250. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for September 27, 2012.
Robert Mayhew, 26, of 78 Pine Dale Circle, Becket, was arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and larceny over $250 by single scheme. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for September 28, 2012.
Karl R. Saunders, 45, of 17 White Street, Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by asportation. Fees and fines were issued.
Larry J. Saccamando, 52, of 248 Amherst Road, Belchertown, was arraigned on two counts of larceny over $250. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for October 24, 2012.
Phillip Donnelly, 30, of 32 Bungalow Street, Southwick, pleaded guilty for operating under the influence of liquor. Donnelly was ordered to serve 127 days of in the House of Corrections suspended with probation until August 1, 2014.
Christopher B. Disanto, 53, of 334 Woronoco Road, Russell, admitted to sufficient facts of two counts of assault and battery. The case was continued without a finding until August 1, 2013. Fees and fines were issued.
Katelyn M. Wroth, 24, of 6 Two States Avenue, Southwick, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hiring is scheduled for September 27, 2012.
Amy E. Letourneau, 42, of 30 Crown Street, Apartment 1, Westfield, was arraigned on a charge of an unlicensed/suspension of operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for September 27, 2012.
Jessica L. Putnam, 25, of 207 Springdale Road, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The case was continued without a finding until November 1, 2012. Fees and fines were issued.
