Arbey Lopez, 35, of 42 Narragansett St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by State Police.
Gary Harnden, 26, of 10 Princeton St., was found to have violated probation (for the second time) imposed when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny from a building and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police. He was sentenced to two concurrent 90 day terms in the house of correction with credit for time served.
Joan M. Begdahl, 31, of 358 CRT, West Suffield, Connecticut, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charge continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $707.76 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
