Moise Lopez, 46, of 13 Clark St., pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Cyrena R. Hess, 26, of 4 Mayflower Lane, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Jose A. Agosto, 27, of 342 Southwick Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Sarah L. Meade, 27, of 21 Summer St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $300, found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted.
