Jimmy Jacobs, 30, of 130 Valley View Ave., Woronoco, was released on $100 cash bail pending an April 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge possession of heroin brought by Westfield police.
Alicia A. Hansen, 32, of 130 Valley View Ave., Woronoco, was released on $100 cash bail pending an April 15 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class C drug, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Hansen was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 15 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250, two charges of receiving stolen property valued less than $250 and uttering a false check.
Martin L. Biela, 25, of 24 Simard Drive, Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $9,000 in restitution.
Paul Corbin Jr., 69, of 126 Main St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield State University police.
Nicholas Moretti, 32, of 53 Druid Hill Road, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Justin A. D’Elia, 29, of 175 Mayhill Road, Monson, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of distribution of a Class C drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police.
