Roman Kozodoy, 21 of 19 Duggan Lane, Southampton, had been charged by Westfield police with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license and with an invalid safety inspections sticker, charges dismissed by the court;
Jonathan L. Westbrook, 25, of 76 Davis Road, Southwick, charged by Westfield police with trespassing after notice and resisting arrest, just set a bail of $500 cash or personal surety, judge also ordered the subject held with prejudice which allows the court to increase or decrease bail;
Gregory Votral,41, of 342 Southwick Road was charged by Southwick police with a red traffic light violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, judge assessed a $50 court fee and dismissed charges;
