Shawn D. Sanford, 41, of 314 Southwick Road, Apt. B11, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police, dismissed upon payment of $50.
Daniel R. Garrison, 42, of 34 Meadow St., Apt. 49, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
Thomas Bruso, 64, of 281 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of false motor vehicle insurance claim and attempting to commit a crime, brought by the Insurance Fraud Bureau of Massachusetts.
Patrick J. Ryan, 36, of 25 Crown St., #3, received one year probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of forging/misusing a Registry of Motor Vehicle Document were continued without finding and was found responsible and fined $50 for not having an inspection sticker, brought by State Police Russell.
Gregory Morgan, 61, of 236 Worthington St., Apt. 6, Springfield, was fined $100 after pleading guilty at arraignment to charges of shoplifting by asportation, brought by Westfield police.
Justin Chenaille, 29, of 95 Moody St., Ludlow, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, fined $707.76 and received a 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of property damage were continued without finding, was found not responsible for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation and had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
