10:28 a.m.: accident, 252 Elm St., two vehicle accident, no injuries, one vehicle towed from scene;
10:44 a.m.: accident, vicinity of 11 Cleveland Ave., accident involving a U.S. Postal Service truck and a 2006 Chevrolet; report taken;
3:45 p.m.: shoplifting, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, suspect identified as Nikita Koshechko of West Springfield attempted to steal $259 worth of merchandise, mainly oil; Koshechko dropped the merchandise and ran towards the railroad tracks where police were unable to locate him; police towed Koshechko’s car from the Walmart lot;
6:26 p.m.: accident, 820 North Road at 36 Old Stage Road, one car accident, car struck mailboxes on North Road, no injuries, a 2009 Honda was towed from scene;
8:42 p.m.: disturbance, Chapman Playground, St. Paul Street, seven to eight youths seen fighting, no injuries, no arrests;
9:30 p.m.: breaking and entering of motor vehicle, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, victim reported a laptop, valued at $600, was stolen from his vehicle, which may have been left unlocked.
