Rey L. Augustine, 31, of 24 Bartlett St., was held in lieu of $600 cash surety pending an October 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, subsequent offense, assault and battery on police officer and resisting arrest, brought by Westfield police.
Dyllan J. Farneth, 22, of 11 Morris Ave., 2nd Fl, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession to distribute a Class D drug, brought by Russell State Police.
Peter E. Noga, Jr., 22, of 919 Southampton Road, Apt. A3, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Alex G. Kellogg, 27, of 5 Sackett St., Apt. 1st, had charges of aggravated assault and battery and two counts of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after victim failed to appear.
