Sonya M. Murray, 33, of 291 North Elm St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a December 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, felony breaking and entering building nighttime and trespass, brought by Westfield police.
Joshua D. Rosberg, 27, of 15 Shepard Road, Blandford, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by Russell State Police.
Brania Garcia, 30, of 182 Nursery St., Apt. B17, Springfield, received one year probation and ordered to pay $414.78 in restitution after charges of larceny over $250 from +60/disabled, forgery of check and utter false check were continued without finding, brought by Southwick police.
Michael P. Russo, 40, of 3 Acker Circle, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of misdemeanor breaking and entering and trespass, brought by Southwick police.
Arabelis Martinez, 27, of 79 Leary Drive, Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a December 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of utter false prescription, brought by Westfield police.
Shannon Yelinek, 30, of 50 Stivens Terrace, Ludlow, had charges of not having an inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license to be dismissed upon payment of $450, brought by Westfield police.
Rey L. Augustine, 31, of 24 Bartlett St., received an 18-month sentence to the House of Correction, six months direct and balance suspended till October 14, 2016, after pleading guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon, three counts of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and assault and battery, and received a concurrent 30-day sentence to the House of Correction after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct subsequent offense, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest, brought by Westfield police.
Pauline A. Nye, 38, of 3 Gibbs Road, Blandford, had charges of assault and battery dismissed after victim asserted Fifth Amendment rights, brought by Russell State Police.
Orlando Colon, 44, of 110 Lincoln St., Apt. 4L, Springfield, received six months probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding and had charges of missing a registration sticker, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Timothy J. Tracy, 52, of 18 Shore Road, Southwick, was held on $100 cash bail pending a November 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Southwick police.
Kristopher E. Howard, 19, of 22 Chesapeake Road, Holbrook, received one year probation after charges of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over were continued without finding and had charges of person under 21 possessing liquor and selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed.
