William A. Sampsel, 50, of no known address, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a December 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250 and possessing a Class B drug, subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Christina M. Allen, 34, of 625 Montgomery Road, was released on her own recognizance pending a December 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 by false pretense, brought by Westfield police.
Michael Gallagher, 35, of 41 Kellogg St., received one year-probation after charges of assault and battery on family/household member, amended to assault, were continued without finding and had charges of felony breaking and entering daytime, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Melissa A. Melloni, 32, of no known address, was released on her personal recognizance pending a December 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possessing a Class E drug, brought by Westfield police.
Tito A. Pacheco, 34, of 44 Meadow St., was held without right to bail as a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, brought by Westfield police.
Randy Royland, 36, of 6 Pinevale St., Indian Orchard, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Christina M. Allen, 34, of 625 Montgomery Road, received a three-month sentence to the House of Correction with probation till October 21, 2016 and ordered to pay $1,171 in restitution after pleading guilty to larceny over $250 by single scheme, amended to larceny under $250, and had charges of three counts of utter false order for money, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Jordan K. Wright, 25, of 22 Richelieu St., Apt. 3rd, Springfield, received one-year pretrial probation on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Christopher S. Berube, 28, of 267 Falley Road, had charges of leaving the scene of property damage and state-highway traffic violation dismissed after victim failed to prosecute, brought by Westfield police.
Jose Resto, 24, of 47 Pembroke St., Springfield, was released in lieu of $500 cash pending a December 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of misdemeanor breaking and entering and larceny under $250, brought by Southwick police.
