Antonio Goncalves, 62, 70 East Silver St., was released in lieu of $100 cash pending a December 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Stephanie A. Simis, 34, of 1328 Memorial Drive, Apt. 3C, Chicopee, received 30 days probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding to be dismissed upon payment of $50 and was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker and not being in possession of registration, brought by Westfield police
Tito A. Pacheco, 34, of 44 Meadow St., signed a waiver of extradition and surrendered to Connecticut authorities on the fugitive from justice warrant and had charges of trespass, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Julie M. Desharnais, 23, of 4 Beagle Club Road, Blandford, was released on her own recognizance pending a December 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and failing to notify RMV of name/address change, brought by Russell State Police.
