Knights to remember
WESTFIELD – The Western Mass. Knights took on the Westfield Bombers in a charity event last weekend. The teams played four periods of hockey, and had a shootout for good measure, at Amelia Park Ice Arena.
“Thanks so much to the Bombers for playing us and assisting with our fundraising,” said Carole Appleton, Assistant Coach of the Knights. “Bomber hockey has always been big supporters of ours and we can’t wait to see what they bring to the table for next year’s game.”
The next sled hockey challenge will be Sunday, April 1 versus the UMass Men’s Club Team at 11 a.m. at Amelia Park Ice Arena.
