WESTFIELD: Adam Anthony Cotugno, 28, of Westfield was born on November 26th, 1987 in Springfield. Beloved son of Kathi M. Cotugno of Westfield and Michael A. Cotugno and wife Lynn of Springfield. Passed unexpectedly Thursday February 4th, 2016. He leaves behind his brother Joshua R. Cotugno of Westfield, Paternal Grandmother Dorothy E. Cotugno of NY, Maternal Grandfather Robert D. Shangraw of FL, a large family of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, two Step-sisters, a Nephew, and OC4L. Adam enjoyed spending time with his family and friends at their summer home in Otis. He also enjoyed Swimming, Hiking, Cooking, Snowboarding and Baseball. Adam was active in Boy Scouts, Hiking Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico and obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout. He was an accomplished Chef and Carpenter.
Calling hours are on Thursday, February 11th from 4-7 p.m. at Firtion-Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad St, Westfield Ma. Funeral Mass will be Friday, February 12th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 30 Bartlett St, Westfield MA. The burial will be private.
