Roy Weaver, 60, of 98 Woodside Terrace, Springfield, was sentenced to six-months in the House of Correction 30 days direct with credit for time served (if any) balance suspended with probation till March 21, 2017 after pleading guilty to charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Kristina L. Foley, 32, of 338 Westfield St., West Springfield, was held without right to bail pending a March 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of a fugitive from justice without warrant, brought by Westfield police.
Jacqueline Perkins, 27, of 56 Macomber Ave., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 1 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of motor vehicle and marked lanes violation, brought by Southwick police.
Pedro A. Marcano, 24, of 32 Mechanic St., was released on $2,500 personal surety pending a May 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of misdemeanor breaking & entering, two counts of assault & battery and vandalizing property, brought by Westfield police.
Hector J. Santiago, 22, of no known address Hartford, Conn., was placed on one year probation after charges of assault on family/household member, two counts of malicious destruction of property over $250 and assault & battery on pregnant victim were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
