Eric W. Sprague, 45, of 23 Charles Johnson Road, Southwick, received a one-year sentence to House of Corrections suspended to June 29, 2017, after pleading guilty to a subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by the Westfield Police.
William R. Crosler, 31, of 30 Congamond Road, Southwick, was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 31 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and forgery of a check, brought by the Southwick Police.
Michelle R. Hall, 45, of 65 Hubbard St., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation, brought by the Westfield Police.
Christopher J. Boutin, 27, of 36 Gordon St., Springfield, received a 127-day sentence to House of Corrections suspended to April 5, 2017 and probation, after pleading guilty to charges of larceny over $250, larceny under $250 and breaking and entering during the daytime for a felony, brought by the Westfield Police.
Eddie E. Pomeroy, 28, of 1211 Springfield St., Feeding Hills, was released in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a July 29 hearing after being arraigned on four counts of larceny over $250, stemming from three separate incidents, brought by the Westfield Police.
