8:40 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident, Main Street. A 2003 Chevrolet Venture and a 2015 Lincoln Navigator were involved in a minor accident on Main Street, according to police. There were no injuries noted.
9:19 a.m.: Motor vehicle-related theft, Broad Street. Police said that a person came to the station and reported that the license plate was stolen off of their vehicle while they were at church. Police had no suspects or arrests at the time of the report.
2:59 p.m.: Fraud, walk-in. Police received a report of possible fraud involving two deposits and subsequent withdrawals from a resident’s home equity account, totaling $43,000. Police did not have suspects or arrests to report at the time of the log.
4:10 p.m.: Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, Pequot Point Road. Police reported that a woman came in and told them that her vehicle was broken into and her purse was stolen. The vehicle was reportedly left unlocked. Police took a report but made no arrests at the time of the log.
7:45 p.m.: Fraud, walk-in. A woman reported to police that she was a victim of fraud. According to the report, the woman had applied for Mass Health benefits and found that someone had previously used her information. The police reported that there was no loss to the alleged victim.
