WESTFIELD: Marion A. (Kuta) Osowski Jonaitis, 91, (1924-2016) died Saturday July, 2, 2016 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Westfield on September 16, 1924 to the late Joseph and Mary (Drewko) Kuta. She was a lifelong resident, attended local schools and was a graduate of Westfield High School. She worked at Stanley Home Products in Easthampton and Westfield for many years. She was a parishioner and avid church goer of Holy Trinity Church . Marion loved playing bingo, playing cards, enjoyed knitting and sewing and baking desserts and really enjoyed her sweets. Marion was pre-deceased by her husband’s Henry Osowski and Peter Jonaitis, her granddaughter Melissa Dufraine and her siblings Anne, John and Zigmund. She leaves her children, Daniel Osowski and his wife Claire of Huntington, Susan Roberts and her husband Rob of Westfield, Joseph Osowski and his wife Debra of Westfield, Dolly Dufraine of Westfield, Michael Osowski and his wife Cheryl of West Springfield, Annette Osowski of Westfield, 11 grandchildren Henry, Kimberly, Nicole, Gary, Raymond, Rebecca, Joseph Jr., Jill, Sarah and Ashley, 9 great-grandchildren Kyle, Alexis, Christopher, Erin, Mason, Cayla, Kyler, Maxine and John. She also leaves her sister Josephine Shurski of Brimfield. A funeral Mass for Marion will be held on Thursday July 7th at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Marion may be made to Holy Trinity Church, 330 Elm Street, Westfield, MA 01085.
