Gary Germain, 36, of 28 Woodside Dr., Agawam, was released on personal recognizance pending a Sept. 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation, failure to stop or yield, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by the Westfield Police.
Matthew S. Gushue, 26, of 71 Doane Ave., Agawam, was released on personal recognizance pending a Sept. 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by the Westfield Police.
Alicia A. Hansen, 33, of 117 Miller St., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a Sept. 8 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny from a building, brought by the Westfield Police.
William E. O’Niell, 51, of 331 Springfield St., Agawam, was released in lieu of $200 cash bail pending a Sept. 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense, possession of an open container of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield, brought by the Westfield Police.
Anteonio Goncalves, 53, of 70 East Silver St., Westfield, was released in lieu of $500 cash bail after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation, brought by the Westfield Police.
