Elizabeth Charles, 28, of 56 Virginia Ave., West Springfield, received a one-year suspended sentence with probation after pleading guilty to charges of larceny from building, improper use of a credit card under $250, larceny of a credit card and two counts shoplifting by concealing merchandise, larceny over $250, brought by the Westfield Police.
Christopher C. Forcier, III, of 213 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, was released on personal recognizance pending an Oct. 26 hearing after being arraigned on two counts of larceny over $250 by a single scheme, brought by the Southwick Police.
Jan E. Torres, 28, of 350 Liberty St., Springfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety bail pending a Sept. 23 hearing after being arraigned on unarmed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, brought by the Westfield Police.
