11:36 a.m.: Larceny, walk-in. Police received a report from a woman who claimed that she lost her cell phone and wallet and it may have been stolen. Police later received the two items but the woman claimed $150 was missing from the wallet.
5:01 p.m.: Larceny, walk-in. Police received a report from a woman who said that her television was stolen. She suspected that her son did it. No arrests or additional information available at the time of the report.
7:45 p.m.: Arrest, Montgomery Street. Police went to Montgomery Street in an attempt to locate Luc R. Labarre, 25, of Westfield, and arrest him in relation to charges of indecent assault and battery. Police located Labarre, arrested him and charged him with obscene matter to a minor and three counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over.
