Victor D. Brown, 56, of 170 Earle St., Hartford, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Nov. 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of uttering a false check and larceny over $250, brought by Westfield Police.
Erica J. Forish, 32, of 25 Collins St., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting by stealing merchandise, brought by a private party, as well as larceny over $250 by a single scheme, nine counts of uttering a false check and one count of trespassing, brought by Westfield Police.
David C. Howard, 44, of 65 Danek Dr., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 20 hearing after being arraigned on two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield Police.
