Westfield – Marjorie (Cromack) Lear, 88, passed away on November 22, 2016 at Baystate Noble Hospital. She was born in Kijabe, Kenya East Africa to the late Earl and Katherine (Campbell) Cromack and educated in Virginia, New York and Massachusetts. Marjorie was employed as a nurse and mid wife in England and Africa and for various nursing homes in Massachusetts. She was predeceased by her husband Alan H. Lear and is survived by her children, Joy Spear and her husband Scott of Southwick, David Lear of Enfield, Steven Lear of Westfield and Philip Lear and his wife Nadine of Palm Coast, FL, her brother John Cromack of Los Alto, CA and her sister Carol Farnham of Westfield, six grandchildren and one great granddaughter. A Funeral Home Service will be held this Saturday at 10AM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield followed by burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Western Ave. Westfield. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4-7 PM in the funeral home. Donations in her name may be directed to the American Red Cross, 150 Brookdale Dr. Springfield Ma 01104
