Kevin J. Charizione, 34, of 27 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was held in lieu of $200 bail pending a Jan. 24 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of annoying telephone calls/electronics communications, brought by Westfield Police. Charizione is also in the process of facing charges of violating a harassment prevention order, threat to commit a crime and distributing obscene matter, which was brought by Southwick Police.
