FEEDING HILLS-Wayne Paul Wetherell, 40, (1976-2017) passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017 in Feeding Hills, MA. Wayne was born on July 15, 1976 in Holyoke, MA, he graduated from Westfield High School class of 1995 and worked as a welder at Millennium Power Services, Inc. Wayne enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his son Corbin. He always looked forward to the holidays and family cookouts. A talented welder, he made several amazing works of art for his family and friends over the years. He enjoyed a wide genre of music and from time to time played the drums. Wayne enjoyed any outdoor activity, especially fishing. Although a fan of BMX, his true passion was his quads. In his spare time he enjoyed boating, camping and snowmobiling. Predeceased by his grandparents Max & Josephine Florek and an uncle Larry Florek, he leaves his mother Rosalie Bruneau of Westfield, MA, his father Don Rodney Wetherell of Florida, his son Corbin Wetherell of Chicopee, MA his sister Elisia Wetherell of Westfield, Ma, nieces Jade & Hannah, his nephew Gabriel, his girlfriend Tracey Dillard of Chicopee, MA, grandparents Rodney & Margie Wetherell of TN along with many other family members and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 06, 2017 from 4:00 – 6:00PM at Avalon Life Celebration Center & Cremation Services, 691 College Hwy., Southwick, MA. Please meet at Holy Trinity Church, 335 Main St., Westfield, MA on Tuesday, February 07, 2016 at 10AM for a funeral mass. A private burial will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Westfield, MA.
