Joshua F. Webster, 19, of 39 South St., Blandford, was released on his personal recognizance with pretrial conditions pending a June 23 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, brought by Russell State Police.
Brian A. Calhoun, 35, of 12 Fremont St., Westfield, received five years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of child pornography. A charge of distributing material of child in sexual act was dismissed nolle prosequi. Charges originally brought by Westfield Police.
