Major crime and incident report

12:20 p.m.: Accident, City View Boulevard. Police received a report of a one-vehicle accident. A 2008 BMW X3 had reportedly gone off the road and struck a utility pole. Initially reported with no injuries but the pole was down. Police reported that one person was eventually transported to Baystate Noble Hospital via Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel and a tow truck was requested.
