Is there a dress code that our elected officials need to follow when working on City business? I see some councilors seem to dress very casually and to me that’s a slap in the face to their elected position. If you want to represent the residents of Westfield, at least make an effort to be presentable.
This is a question for the DPW: I see that you are hard at work on Western Ave filling holes. I see one big hole was only filled part-way and the rest of it wasn’t. Is this the new policy? And the rest of the holes on Western Ave weren’t touched. Why is that? Is it too hard to work?
Here come the stupid people complaining about pot holes. Hey it’s New England in late Winter. They’re going to happen. And I must say that, except for a couple of places, Westfield streets are significantly better than other communities that I drive through.
