6:41 a.m.: disturbance, Avery Street, a caller reports a party involving college aged revelers is creating a disturbance in the neighborhood, the responding officers report peace was restored without incident;
11:04 a.m.: breaking and entering, Mechanic Street, a caller reports that his unsecured motor vehicle was broken into overnight but only a pair of sunglasses was stolen;
3:24 p.m.: fraud, Main Street, a person came to the station to report being victimized by a rental scam, the responding officer reports the complainant said that he had sent a down payment to secure an apartment and he is now unable to contact the putative landlord;
