Lawrence M. Disco, 54, of 72 Essex St., Holyoke, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by asportation (a third or subsequent offense) brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of corrections with credit for time served awaiting trial. He was also found guilty of a charge of trespass. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Disco again pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by asportation (a third or subsequent offense) and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of corrections to be served concurrently with the previously imposed sentence. Mark A. Miller, 33, of 51 Beech Hill Road, Blandford, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of improper storage of a firearm brought by State Police.
Terence F. Mooney, 45, of 136 Prospect Ave., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police and the charge was dismissed upon payment of a $50 victim/witness fee.
Ethan J. Tobin, 20, of 294 Crawford St., Northborough, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police.
