Grace A. Kulik

SOUTHWICK- Grace A. (Sisson) Kulik, 81, (1937-2018) was taken suddenly from us on July 2, 2018. Born in Hartford, CT, on June 25, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Ralph Sisson and Gertrude (Plude) Sisson.  She was a Southwick resident, over 45 years and a member of  Southwick Congregational Church-U.C.C. Her husband of 57 years, Michael M. Kulik, predeceased her on July 12, 2014.  She was also predeceased by a sister, Martha Alspaugh. Grace is survived by a son, Michael S. Kulik and wife Teri, of Arizona; 3 daughters,  Sandra E. Jendza and husband Al Diaz, of Southwick, Lori A. Marceno and husband James of Feeding Hills, Kimberly K. Hutton and husband Douglas, of South Windsor, CT ; 10 grandchildren, Krista Comee, Samantha Gasser, Bryan Jendza, Kari Miller, Jessica Anderson, Matthew Kulik, Brooke Kulik, Jake Kulik, Riley Hutton, Dylan Hutton; 9 great grandchildren, Kalli Comee, Emma Comee,  Chester Comee, Jackson Miller, Graham Miller, Mila Miller, Mason Gasser, Gennylee Diaz and soon to be baby Anderson; 3 sisters, Ruth Griswold, Arlene Casson , Norma Budney , all of Avon, CT. She also leaves extended family members. Grace fostered lifetime friendships working at Mrs. Murphy’s Donuts for several years. Grace loved spending time with her daughters, son, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She enjoyed gardening, shopping and spending time at the beach. Grace leaves behind a cherished friend Bernie Feldman who was always there for her when needed. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday,  July 10, 2018 at 10:00AM in the Southwick Forastiere Family Funeral Home, 624 College Highway, (Highway 10/202) Southwick, with burial to follow in the New Southwick Cemetery, in Southwick. Calling hours will take place from 4:00PM – 7:00PM on Monday (July 9, 2018) in the funeral home.
