Christina M. Allen, 37, of 14 Abbey St., Chicopee, was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a Nov. 9 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
William T. Henning, 35, of no known address in Chicopee, was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail after he was arraigned on two charges of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and a charge of larceny of property valued more than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
Karissa M. Kozak, 35, of 123 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police ordered to be dismissed upon payment of $50 in court costs. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to yield at an intersection.
Megan R. Fernandez, 43, of 114 New Broadway, Westfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police ordered to be dismissed upon payment of $50 in court costs. She was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Juan A. Oliva, 32, of 180 Leyfred St., Springfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) brought by Westfield police ordered to be dismissed upon payment by Sept. 14 of $100 in court costs. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
Eric Matos, 33, of 31 Frederick St., Apt. B, Westfield, was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,000 and placed on pretrial probation six months after was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by Westfield police.
