9:53 a.m.: animal complaint, Russellville Road, an animal control officer reports she took custody of a stray gray cat and transported it to the municipal animal shelter;
1:48 p.m.: vandalism, Spruce Circle, a caller reports damage to his property, the responding officer reports a lamp post in the lawn was intentionally uprooted and destroyed;
7:55 p.m.: breaking and entering, East Silver Street, a resident came to the station to report that his vehicle was broken into and the property which was stolen included his passport, the responding officer reports the vehicle was not locked;
11:13 p.m.: larceny, North Elm Street, a caller reports cash was stolen from his wallet, the responding officer reports the victim said that he left his wallet on the counter at a convenient store and returned a short time later to find his wallet was still there but missing the $250 in cash which had been in it.
