Austen B. Forbes, 29, of 186 Main St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation brought by State Police.
Jacob Baez, 28, of 685 Elm St., 3rd Floor, West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny from a person brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Michael J. Szalankiewicz, 27, of 71 Ridge Trail Road, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300.
Isidro W. Aguinaga Jr., 35, of 54 Lamae St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300, found to be not responsible for charges of failure to stop or yield and speeding in violation of special regulations and a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted.
