Eldora M. (Mann) Shattuck, 91, passed away peacefully at home on March 23rd. She was born in Westfield, MA to the late James and Emma (Borowske) Mann, was a 1945 graduate of Westfield High School and a 1949 graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Radio and Speech. Eldora resided in Stockbridge, MA from 1954-1997, she worked for the Stockbridge Library for twenty years retiring in 1997 and moved to Westfield, MA. Eldora was a volunteer at the Noble Hospital Gift Shop for many years. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 54 years, Sheldon M. Shattuck in 2007, and is survived by her two sons, Laurence W. Shattuck, II and his wife Bonnie of Richmond, VA and James M. Shattuck and his wife Eileen of Bethel, CT, her sister Altana Bullard of Burlington, VT, three cherished grandchildren, Tamara and husband James, James and wife Amanda, and Julie and husband William, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
