Senior citizens from all the Gateway Hilltown communities are invited to attend the annual free Senior Citizen Brunch & Concert on December 4. The event is a great opportunity for seniors in the community to learn more about Gateway and chat with students, as well as enjoy delicious food and great music. The excellent high school band and choir will perform several selections that they are sure everyone will enjoy. RSVPs are requested to your local Council on Aging, but all senior citizens guests who arrive on Wednesday will be welcome to participate. Students from the Gateway National Honor Society have volunteered to serve as hosts and wait staff. Gateway expects around a hundred seniors to attend the event at Gateway High School, 12 Littleville Road in Huntington. The doors will open at 9:15 a.m. to receive guests, with brunch served in the cafeteria at 9:30 a.m., and the concert beginning in the auditorium at 10:30am, ending at noon.
