SOUTHWICK – Judith (Judy) Ann (Keane) Reilly Pratt, 79 of Southwick, MA passed peacefully on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. Judy was born in Springfield, MA on November 8, 1940. She was the daughter of both the late William and Florence (Manning) Keane. Judy graduated from Sacred Heart School and Classical High School in Springfield, MA. Judy was one of the top insurance sales people and manager for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for many years. Judy enjoyed spending time with her family and pets, cooking, sewing, shopping and eating out. She frequently rescued homeless pets and provided a loving home for them. She was a devoted and active Roman Catholic her entire life.
Judy leaves behind her husband of 36 years, Charles Pratt of Southwick, MA; three children, Karen (Reilly) Hill of Springfield MA, Lisa Reilly of Springfield MA, and Jeffrey Reilly of East Longmeadow MA; a stepdaughter, Elizabeth (Pratt) Ziba of Southwick MA; five grandchildren, Danielle of Hyannis MA, Ashley of Springfield MA, Samantha Reilly, Katrina Reilly and Joshua Reilly of East Longmeadow MA; four step grandchildren; two great grandsons; her sister Marcia (Shirly) Malena of Springfield MA; several nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and other family members. Judy was also predeceased by a stepson, William Pratt of Southwick MA.
Calling hours will be Monday January 20th from 4-7 PM at Sampson‘s Chapel of the Acres in Springfield MA. There will be a Liturgy of Christian Burial for Judy at Sacred Heart Church, 395 Chestnut Street, Springfield MA on Tuesday January 21st at 11 AM. Burial will follow at St. Michaels Cemetery on State St in Springfield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy’s memory to The Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance or Dakin Humane Society in Springfield MA.
