SOUTHWICK – Richard W. Perrault, 89, passed into eternal life on Sunday, December 18, 2022.
Richard was born on May 21, 1933, the son of the late Raymond and Hazel (Bloomfield) Perrault. He was born and raised in West Springfield, MA and was a graduate of West Springfield HS.
He served his country proudly in The US ARMY and later worked for many years for Ken-Mar Tools.
He moved to Southwick, MA in 1974 where he spent the remainder of his life. His greatest joy was hosting weekend gatherings by the pool with his family and lifelong friends Elizabeth and Delmore Bourassa.
Richard was a devoted son and brother who spoke often of his cherished childhood memories.
He was predeceased by his siblings: Loraine, Raymond, Alan (Virginia Charron), Hazel (Richard Rulnick) and Joan (Robert Bencivenni).
“Uncle Dick” will be remembered fondly by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
A private graveside tribute with military honors will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 3pm at the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam.
