SOUTHAMPTON – Stephen W. Miller, 71, of Southampton, passed away on Saturday, December 30th, 2023 at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Westfield to the late Leslie and Mary (Hish) Miller. He was employed by Westfield Coatings for over 20 years and retired as a supervisor. Steve loved his grandchildren, loved to make people happy and he was the calm before the storm, the voice of reason and truly the backbone of his family. He enjoyed baseball, watching the Red Sox, fishing and loved antique Mustangs and Camaros and attended many car shows.
Steve is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Barbara J. (Beerman) Miller of Southampton, his brother James Wills and his wife Sandra Wills of Westfield, his two loving daughters, Nicole L. Allen and her husband Marc of Easthampton and Heather-Ann Miller and her fiancé Jeremy LaVertu of Westfield and his four cherished grandchildren, Soraya and Zach Allen and Bradley and Riley LaVertu.
A Funeral Home Service will be held on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. Visiting hours will precede the service from 4-6:30 p.m. in the funeral home. www.firtionadams.com
