Jordan J. Skipper, 35, of 2 Old House Road, Montgomery, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation until Nov. 21, 2012. He was assessed $50. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Anthony G. Ortona, 17, of 140 Chestnut St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, failure to stop and being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify brought by Westfield police.
Adam J. Gerlip, 22, of 20 Murray Ave., was found to be responsible for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Adam J. Gerlip, 22, of 56 Grandview Drive, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and negligent operation of a motor vehicle and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Keith A. Lamontagne, 44, of 15 Madison St., pleaded guilty to a charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and was assessed $250 and sentenced to an 18 month term in the house of correction with 127 days to be served direct with the balance suspended with probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor (a subsequent offense) and was sentenced to an identical consecutive term. In addition he was fined $750 and assessed $100. A charge of operating under the influence of liquor so as to cause serious bodily injury was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
