Todd M. Smith. 34, of 4 Columbia St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence to the alleged and ordered to comply with all protective orders before he was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending an Aug. 17 hearing after he arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.

William F. Lamagdelaine, 20, of 130 Sackett Road, was released on $200 cash bail pending a Sept. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to wear a seat belt, receiving stolen property and littering from a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Sergey V. Lapik, 35, of an address restricted by the court, was released on $1,000 personal surety after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police.
Alexander C. Orban, 21, of 12 Partridge Lane, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence or liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
Jared R. Graham, 20, of 1185 Huntington Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by State Police.
